Gordon, our guide, is knowledgeable about the area and you can see he enjoys what he does. He's charismatic in making you feel comfortable from getting into the kayak, able to paddle the water and getting back to land.

Summary: This was my first time kayaking and had a good time. Margaret, our tour guide was great and gave us a good history lesson on the rocks at Cave Point. Would definitely recommend it, especially during August-September timeframe, where the weather was really nice!

Summary: This was such an amazing adventure to go on before I had to move into college. My boyfriend and I wanted to go kayaking somewhere besides our little cabin so we started looking and found this tour. Our guide, Gordan, was amazing. He was constantly making conversation with everyone in our group to help pass time while we paddled. He even made sure to stop along the way and tell us about the different spots we were passing by. Whether that was the tour part of it or just him, it was great. Be prepared to get a little wet even if you don't fall in. The kayaks are ocean kayaks so your butt will get wet. Also the waves from the lake like to splash up over the side of the kayak and get you wet. Remember sunscreen and a water bottle. The paddle to cave point is nice and relaxing, but the paddle back to the boat landing is a workout.
